What maintenance is included, and what costs extra?
Both plans include two tune-ups per 12-month membership period, generally one for cooling and one for heating, a standard 1-inch filter replacement at each visit, and one basic rinse of an accessible outdoor condenser coil per year. Plus also includes condensate-drain treatment when applicable and accessible. Deep chemical cleaning, disassembly, specialty filters, repairs, parts and refrigerant are separate unless expressly included in your plan or estimate.
Are filters included?
Standard 1-inch filter replacement is included at each scheduled maintenance visit.
Do members receive repair discounts?
Standard includes 15% off qualifying repairs; Plus includes 20%. The $99 diagnostic fee is additional to repair costs and is not credited toward repairs. Members avoid normal overtime and after-hours surcharges, but diagnostics and approved repair charges still apply.
How does the Membership Plus replacement credit work?
After each 12 consecutive months of active Plus membership, including promotional months, $200 in replacement credit becomes available, up to $1,000 over five years. It applies to a qualifying complete system purchased and installed by Air Army at the enrolled address. It has no cash value, is non-transferable, and unused credit is forfeited if Plus is canceled.
How much does coverage for two or more systems cost?
One central system is included. Standard adds $7/month for each additional central system: two systems cost $21.99/month and three cost $28.99/month. Plus adds $10/month per additional central system: two cost $29.99/month and three cost $39.99/month. Each outdoor mini-split adds $5/month on either plan, regardless of its indoor head count. These are regular monthly prices before any applicable taxes; the configurator shows the current offer.
