HVAC Membership Terms

1. Membership Plans & Covered Equipment

Air Army Membership: $14.99/month for one central HVAC system. Each additional central HVAC system is $7/month. Each outdoor mini-split system is $5/month, regardless of how many indoor heads it serves.

Air Army Membership Plus: $19.99/month for one central HVAC system. Each additional central HVAC system is $10/month. Each outdoor mini-split system is $5/month, regardless of how many indoor heads it serves.

The configured monthly price shown at enrollment is locked in while the membership remains continuously active and the covered-equipment configuration does not change. Adding covered equipment increases the monthly price by the applicable add-on amount.

2. Labor Day 2026 Promotion

For eligible new members, the full configured first month is charged at enrollment. The next three scheduled monthly membership payments are waived. After the promotional period, the exact configured monthly membership price resumes automatically.

The promotion is limited to the first 100 new memberships, has no cash value, and may not be combined with another membership promotion unless Air Army approves it in writing. Canceling and re-enrolling does not restart promotional eligibility.

3. Included Maintenance Benefits

Active members receive two precision HVAC tune-ups during each consecutive 12-month membership period. Visits are generally intended for spring cooling maintenance and fall heating maintenance, but scheduling is subject to availability.

Membership benefits include priority scheduling, a standard 1-inch filter replacement at each scheduled maintenance visit, and one basic outdoor condenser-coil rinse per 12-month membership period. Specialty, media, non-standard, or difficult-access filters are not included unless specifically stated.

A condenser-coil rinse is a routine water rinse of an accessible outdoor coil. Deep chemical cleaning, disassembly, restoration, or corrective cleaning required because of unusual contamination is not included unless quoted separately.

4. Repair Savings & After-Hours Service

Air Army Membership includes 15% off qualifying Air Army HVAC repairs. Membership Plus includes 20% off qualifying Air Army HVAC repairs. Discounts apply to eligible repair work performed by Air Army and do not apply to membership fees, complete system replacements, permits, third-party charges, or other items specifically excluded on an estimate.

Active members are not charged Air Army's normal overtime or after-hours surcharge. Diagnostic charges, repair charges, parts, refrigerant, and other approved service charges still apply unless another membership benefit specifically covers them.

Priority scheduling provides preferred access to available appointment times but does not guarantee same-day service, a specific arrival time, or immediate emergency response.

5. Membership Plus Benefits

Membership Plus includes condensate-drain treatment during scheduled maintenance when applicable and accessible. Qualifying Air Army repairs receive a two-year repair warranty instead of the standard one-year repair warranty, subject to the terms shown on the applicable repair invoice.

Replacement credit: For each 12 consecutive months that Membership Plus remains active, including promotional months, $200 in HVAC replacement credit becomes available. Credit may accumulate for up to five years, to a maximum of $1,000.

Replacement credit is non-cash, non-transferable, has no surrender value, and may be used only toward a qualifying complete HVAC system replacement purchased and installed by Air Army at the enrolled service address. Available credit is forfeited if Membership Plus is canceled before the credit is used.

6. Scheduling, Access & Unused Visits

The customer is responsible for scheduling maintenance visits and providing reasonable access to covered equipment, utilities, electrical disconnects, thermostats, attic or roof access, and other areas reasonably necessary to perform service safely.

Unused maintenance visits do not convert to cash and do not roll forward beyond the applicable 12-month membership period. Membership must be active on the date a member benefit is used.

7. Billing, Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Membership renews automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at enrollment until canceled. The customer authorizes Air Army and its payment processor to charge the recurring configured membership amount as it becomes due.

Membership may be canceled at any time by contacting Air Army at 480-992-1234. Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges after the effective cancellation date. Amounts already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. Remaining promotional benefits end when the membership cancellation becomes effective.

If payment fails, Air Army may suspend membership benefits until the account is brought current and may cancel the membership after reasonable collection attempts.

8. Service Area & Eligibility

Membership is intended for residential HVAC equipment located within Air Army's then-current service area in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Covered equipment must be associated with the enrolled service address. Air Army may decline or discontinue coverage for equipment or locations that cannot be serviced safely or reasonably.

9. What Membership Is Not

Membership is a preventive-maintenance and preferred-service program. It is not insurance, a home warranty, or a guarantee that equipment will not fail. Pre-existing failures, code deficiencies, unsafe conditions, repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, and equipment replacement are not included unless a specific membership benefit or written estimate states otherwise.

Maintenance recommendations are based on conditions observed at the time of service. Air Army is not responsible for concealed conditions or failures that could not reasonably be detected during normal maintenance.

10. General Terms

Membership benefits are for the enrolled customer and service address and may not be resold or transferred without Air Army's approval. Repair discounts and promotional offers may not be combined unless Air Army expressly allows it.

If a membership benefit conflicts with a written Air Army estimate, invoice, warranty, or signed service agreement for a specific job, the more specific written document controls for that job.

Air Army may update these terms prospectively to reflect operational, legal, or program changes. Any change to a continuously active member's locked-in monthly membership rate will require the member's agreement unless required by law or caused by a customer-requested change in covered equipment.
