Labor

Your price includes the labor to install your new unit as well as minor ductwork to connect your system. If you need major ductwork we'll tell you before we start (most don't).

Electrical Components

We use a proper fused electrical disconnect and a new electrical whip to connect your system every single time. There's no shortcuts.

System Start-up

We are specially trained by the manufacturer on the proper commissioning of your new system which includes pressure test and runup.

First Year Maintenance

Complimentary membership to our Tier 1 Comfort Club which includes 2 visits per year, priority scheduling, and more!

Transition Duct and Stand

Your installed price includes a plenum, roof curb, or transition depending on what you need as well as a new stand if required.
